Hello. Regarding the recent death of a Uzbek national in South Korea, an influencer of Uzbek origin has misused my photo to spread false claims that I was appointed as the deceased’s attorney, and has falsely alleged that I betrayed the deceased’s family by accepting money from the opposing counsel. However, I would like to clarify that I have never even received a request for legal consultation from the deceased’s family and am in no way connected to this case.

I intend to take legal action regarding the defamation of my reputation caused by these false allegations. I will continue to respond proactively to any similar incidents in the future.

안녕하세요. 최근에 우즈베키스탄 분이 대한민국에서 사망하신 건에 대해, 우즈베키스탄 출신의 인플루언서가 제 사진을 도용하여 마치 제가 위 사망하신 분의 변호사로 선임된 것처럼 허위 사실을 유포하였고, 제가 상대방 변호사로부터 돈을 받고 위 사망하신 분의 유족을 배신하였다고 허위 사실을 유포하였습니다. 그러나 저는 위 사망하신 분의 유족으로부터 법률상담 요청조차 받은 사실이 없으며, 위 사건과 무관함을 알려드립니다.

허위 사실을 적시하여 저의 명예를 훼손한 건에 대해서는 법적 대응할 예정임을 알려드립니다. 앞으로도 비슷한 사례가 발생하는 경우에도 적극 대응하겠습니다.
