□ (Our services) Re-application for Refugees (A way to avoid being an illegal alien)

o If you file a lawsuit with the court against the immigration office's decision to disallow refugees and then the Supreme Court decides to lose, your refugee case will be finalized.

o You can no longer appeal, and the only option is to re-apply for refugees. However, immigration offices do not give ID cards to those who re-apply but instead only suspends the departure deadline until the refugee case is over.

o Nevertheless, many foreigners are choosing to re-apply for refugees instead of returning to their home countries due to various circumstances. Being an illegal alien is so risky that they have no other option.

o If you wish to reapply, you must do it before the period of stay expires. The documents to be submitted when reapplying are as follows.
- reapplication form
- medical result (you can get medical checkup near community health center or certified hospital)
- passport copy (entire stamp pages)
- house contract
- new evidence (if you have)
- judgement paper from Supreme court
- one passport photo

o If you filled out the refugee application form when you first applied, you will be able to fill out re-application form by yourself without much difficulty. If you are not an English speaker, you can ask your friend, who can write English, for help.

o However, if it is difficult for you to do it yourself, and you have no friends to help and you want to pay a little to get some help, don't hesitate to contact us.

□ (Our Services) Delegate your Refugee Litigation at a reasonable price

o If you are at risk of being persecuted in your home country for
reasons such as race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, etc., you can go to the immigration office and apply for refugee status. If you are not recognized as a refugee at the immigration office, you can file an appeal, and if even the appeal is not accepted, you can file a lawsuit in the court.

o Refugee claimants may stay in Korea until the litigation is finished. Note that you need to go to the immigration office where you live to extend your stay with the certificate that your case is pending in the court.

o For foreigners, it may not be easy for them to go to court to file a lawsuit in person, fill out and submit a document that the court asks them to submit, or file an appeal within the time frame when the ruling is handed down. Also, if you are working for a living, it may not be easy for you to take the time to go to court on a busy pleading day and get a certificate to submit to the immigration office.

o Delegate your refugee litigation to us and it will save you the trouble at a reasonable price. Also, if you have enough evidence, we will do our best to ensure that you are recognized for refugee status through litigation.

o Please contact us via what's app message.

□ (News on Immigration) The period of stay of foreign children attending schools in Korea will be extended

o The Ministry of Justice has revised its rules so that parents of foreign children attending elementary, middle, or high school in Korea can stay in the country for a longer period.

o Previously, parents were allowed to stay only until one year after their child graduated from high school or turned 19. Under the new rules, if a foreign child was born in Korea or entered mid‑way and has been granted a lawful residence status by attending a Korean school, their parents may stay in Korea until the child turns 24.

o This change reflects many requests to extend parents’ stay so that children can continue to receive their parents’ care and support while attending university or acquiring job skills.

o The Ministry of Justice explained that this measure is intended not only to protect the educational rights of these children, but also to help them settle and study stably as adults, so that they can adapt well to Korean society and contribute to the country’s development.

o More details are available on the Hi Korea website.
