សេចក្ដីសម្រេចស្ដីពីការបង្កើតយន្តការពិនិត្យលើការទទួលពាក្យបណ្ដឹង ត្រូវបានដឹកនាំប្រជុំពិភាក្សាជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ រហូតឈានដល់ការសម្រេចបញ្ចប់ជាស្ថាពរ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំសប្ដាហ៍ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។ សេចក្ដីសម្រេចនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនការសម្របសម្រួលផ្ទៃក្នុង ដោយធានាបាននូវភាពស៊ីសង្វាក់គ្នាក្នុងចរន្តការងាររដ្ឋបាល និងលើកកម្ពស់ដំណើរការទាន់ពេលវេលានៃការទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹង ដើម្បីពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាពនៃដំណើរការទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹង មុននឹងបន្តនីតិវិធី៕

The Decision on the Establishment of a Mechanism for Reviewing Complaint Receipts was discussed in successive meetings until its final approval under the high presidency of H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, during a weekly meeting on July 16, 2026, at the Ministry. This Decision was established to enhance internal coordination by ensuring harmony in administrative workflows and promoting the timely processing of complaint receipts, aimed at strengthening efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the complaint receipt process prior to proceeding with further procedures.
