As a leader, you don't join the masses in complaining about the same things they express dissatisfaction towards. You give direction and offer solutions. You commit to turn around things for the better and ensure that's done– properly and timely.

Chapter six of the constitution should just be done away with in a country like ours where hypocrisy is the order of the day.

Why nominate criminals for CS positions then pay complainants having active cases against such criminals so that the matters be resolved out of court?

The state is led by people who don't believe in the constitution and its constitutionalism.

Collaborate where possible for the benefit of the people and also offer effective oversight whenever applicable. The locals never got a pay for electing any leader– they just need development.

The county governments must collaborate with the national government to ensure such developments spur economic growth to the people.

A wise governor or just an MP from Luo Nyanza whose area was to be visited by President Ruto ought to avail himself, receive the president and by extension discuss with the president about the challenges they have as a people in that area and chat a way forward to see some projects initiated for the benefit of the locals and Kenya at large.

The kind of side shows displayed really show there is mental problem somewhere. It's mediocrity, not oversight!

Intermarriages is the ONLY surest way to end tribal profiling. If well embraced, the tribal "sickness" may be behind us in 30 years or 40 years from now.

Our diversity should be our strength as a country. However, one bitter truth is that Kenya is divided into tribal lines. Our cultures (which in my view is slowly but steadily headed into extinction) are so dear to us.

It would be better to trade off our various cultures for a one, inclusive Kenya and then adopt, strengthen and cherish our African culture instead. Otherwise, I foresee a much more radicalized differences amongst our people because we deny the truth presently.

It's gonna be a time bomb!
