Today was a truly fulfilling day.

I had the honour of serving as the Compliance Officer and Chairperson of the Independent Elections Committee during the Scientists of Kenya Association (SCOKA) Annual General Meeting.

Seeing the entire electoral process conclude successfully, peacefully, transparently and in accordance with the Constitution of the Association was incredibly rewarding.

Moments like these remind me that the practice of law goes beyond the courtroom—it is also about promoting integrity, fairness and good governance.

I am grateful to SCOKA for the trust and confidence they placed in me, and I thank my fellow committee members for the teamwork that made today's success possible.
