- Demonstrate data wasn't private.
- Challenge evidence

(b) Would you mind if I share that message with some friends?(NO)

2.) PUBLIC INTEREST - Here strict conditions may apply for sharing it to the public because it's the crime itself and pronunciation of guilt.
Strict conditions may include,,
(a) The data shared MUST be preventing crime.
(b) The data shared MUST be protecting public safety.

3.) DATA NOT PRIVATE - Show that the data shared wasn't private.

Why are Kisumu writers much focused on Homabay county government and writers? What exactly are they expected to write much about our able Governor Gladys Wanga?
A good leader in service with commendable track record doesn't need good writers to convince folks on how good things are done, anticipated delivery on matters development are conspicuous and observable.

Writers should not only defend or offend but also depict what promised, what done and what to be done.
You do not need a full A4 page to explain development facts, but can only use 15words to direct observers to what done.
CIRCUMLOCUTION IS MORE OF LIES.

We are jointly calling upon good writers from Kisumu and other counties to use their precious writings to wake their reluctant gods so that we can together fight underdevelopment.

Homabay is one and no weapon fashioned for division shall prosper.
It's us to decide whether ONE or TWO terms with regard to track record on development not good writings.

DEVELOPMENT IS BETTER THAN WRITINGS.

How much blood does our police officers need?

How much blood does this government need?

We wake up very early in the morning and retire late to bed just working extra hard to contain these police officers not knowing they are killer dudes.

We work to ensure police finds something to eat.
We work to ensure police are in new uniform.
We work to ensure police get shelter and proper accommodation.
We work to ensure police are supplied with enough fi****ms.

But police have decided to reciprocate their oath of duty of ensuring safety of citizens to threatening safety of citizens.

We've been calling upon agencies and concerned organisations on several police brutality cases but it's like we've been reporting a criminal son to a criminal father.
They seem to be midwifed.

We still give such authorities like Independent Policing Oversight Authority - IPOA KENYA time to act swiftly and with due respect of the oath they took, display justice.

We need the killer cop not only arrested, but also arraigned and charged.

We Kenyans MUST change the way we are carelessly handling things,or else we are going back to dark colonial era.
