Take a moment to look back at your past week. Where did you fail? Where did you fall short of your expectations?
When we reflect on our failures, we often discover lessons and areas for growth. Maybe there was a conversation where you thought, "I wish I had said this," or a meeting that needed more preparation. Maybe you tried a new approach at work or created a new idea for your class.
The truth is, we all fail at something every day. Each day offers small moments and situations that help us improve. But growth requires intention. We need the mindset to reflect, learn, and keep moving forward.
This mindset protects us from discouragement. Even more, it becomes a source of encouragement — because every failure becomes a stepping stone toward success.
