πŸ§‘β¬†οΈ High cholesterol increases your risk of heart disease and heart attacks. Medications can help improve your cholesterol.

πŸ₯šπŸ§€ πŸ₯“ Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that's found in all the cells in your body. Your body needs some cholesterol to make hormones, vitamin D, and substances that help you digest foods.

Your body makes all the cholesterol it needs. Cholesterol is also found in foods from animal sources, such as egg yolks, meat, and cheese.

🩸If you have too much cholesterol in your blood, it can combine with other substances in the blood to form plaque. Plaque sticks to the walls of your arteries. This buildup of plaque is known as atherosclerosis. It can lead to coronary artery disease, where your coronary arteries become narrow or even blocked.

πŸ“Œ Tips to lower your cholesterol levels:

🍏πŸ₯¦ Eat heart-healthy foods
πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ. Exercise weekly and increase your physical activity
🚭 Quit smoking
πŸ’ͺ Maintain a healthy weight
🍺 🍷 Lower your alcohol intake to moderate

Stress Kills

Stress affects your brain, heart and body. Stress compromises memory, concentration and learning. Stress leads to poor judgement, weak social interaction and angry outbursts. Stress causes headaches, muscle pains, chest pain, fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, digestive problems and eating disorders.

Chronic stress can lead to sweating, nausea, hair loss, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, high blood pressure, shortness of breath, stroke and heart attack. Stress also causes many people to indulge in gambling, drugs, alcoholism, p**n, reckless sexual behavior, constant arguments and domestic violence.

Though we can’t eliminate stress, we can manage stress. Don’t funk your duties. Whenever you dodge your responsibilities, you invite stress. But don’t overwork. Set realistic goals. Don’t push yourself too hard. Get out and exercise every day. Nature has a way of reducing cortisol, the stress hormone.

Create time for meditation. Celebrate your achievements. Eat healthy. Minimize your time on screens and sleep early. Spend quality time with loved ones and friends who’re humorous. Laugh for no reason. Listen to soft music. Pray every day. If symptoms persist, talk to a medical therapist.

Cefixime is an oral third generation cephalosporin which has marked in vitro bactericidal activity against a wide variety of Gram positive and Gram negative organisms.
Clinical efficacy has been demonstrated in infections caused by commonly occuring pathogens including streptococcus pneumoniae, streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabillis, Klebsiella species,Haemophilus influenza (beta - lactamse positive and negative),Branhamella catarrhalis(beta - lactamase positive and negative) and Enteronacter species. It's highly stable in the presence of beta- lactamase enzymes.
Most strains of enterococci (streptococcus faecalis, group D streptococci) and staphylococci (including coagulase positive and negative strains and methicillin resistant strains) are resistant to cefixime. In addition, most strains of pseudomonas, Bacteroides fragilis,Listeria monocytogenes and clostridia are resistant to cefixime.
