在去往品川入管的路上,分享一下最近經管簽更新被拒簽的相關信息。
⚠️在日本居住時間太短,直接給了30天的回國準備。入管局的見解是需要注滿半年。
⚠️事務所租借的是中介公司給找的共享辦公室,特別是被列入黑名單的共享辦公室(同一個樓幾乎全部是經管簽),即便您的經營沒有太大問題,也會因為辦公室不符合規格被拒簽,或者給您4個月時間再次更新。
⚠️有雇用兼職人員但是卻沒有加入勞動保險。請注意:勞動保險是強制保險,只要您有雇用員工,哪怕是兼職,哪怕一週只有幾個小時上班,也必須加入勞動保險。
⚠️是株式會社是需要加入「厚生年金」的,應該大部分都知道這個常識,但是有極少數居然加入「國民年金」。請務必及時更正。

On the way to the Shinagawa Immigration Office, sharing some recent information about Business Manager visa renewal rejections.
⚠️ Length of stay in Japan too short — Only 30 days were granted to prepare to leave Japan. Immigration’s view is that you need to have stayed at least half a year.
⚠️ Office rented through an agency in a shared office — Especially shared offices that are effectively “blacklisted” (where almost the entire building consists of Business Manager visa companies). Even if your business itself has no major issues, your application may still be rejected because the office does not meet the required standards, or you may be given 4 months to reapply.
⚠️ Hiring part-time staff without enrolling in labor insurance — Please note: Labor insurance is mandatory. As long as you employ workers — even part-time, even just a few hours per week — you must enroll them in labor insurance.
⚠️ Kabushiki Kaisha (Corporations) must enroll in Employees’ Pension (Kōsei Nenkin) — Most people know this basic rule, but a small number are surprisingly enrolled in National Pension (Kokumin Nenkin) instead. Please correct this immediately.
