🌸2026年8月より、一般社団法人 日本翻訳連盟（JTF）に加入いたしました。
海外提出用の翻訳では、翻訳者の資格や所属団体が確認される場合があります。
そのような時にも安心して任せていただけるよう、審査を経て日本翻訳連盟に加入いたしました。

今後は、翻訳証明書等に行政書士登録番号に加え、日本翻訳連盟（JTF）の会員番号も記載する予定です。これにより、お客様により安心してご依頼いただける体制づくりに努めてまいります。

これからも、ビザ申請や公的書類の翻訳、公証・アポスティーユ手続まで、一つひとつ丁寧にサポートしてまいります。

🌸I am pleased to announce that, as of August 2026, I have become a member of the Japan Translation Federation (JTF).
For official document translations submitted overseas, some countries or authorities may require information regarding the translator's qualifications or professional affiliations.

To better meet these requirements and provide greater confidence to my clients, I completed the membership review process and joined the Japan Translation Federation (JTF).

Going forward, in addition to my Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist (Gyoseishoshi) registration number, I will also include my JTF membership number on translation certificates and other relevant documents.

I remain committed to providing accurate and reliable services, supporting my clients with visa applications, official document translations, notarization, and apostille procedures.

🌸Starting the week with notarization for documents to be used in Malaysia 🙏

This week began with notarization for documents required for a Malaysian visa application.

I provide English translations of Japanese documents for use overseas, including bank statements, withholding tax certificates, and other supporting documents.

Accuracy is my priority. In a recent case, I even contacted the bank directly to confirm the meaning of an abbreviation before completing the translation.

When notarization is required, I prepare the translation first and proceed with notarization, an Apostille, or Authentication once the original documents arrive.

• Notary fee for certification of a foreign-language document (JPY 12,500) included
• Letter Pack Plus (JPY 600) postage included

今週は、マレーシアのビザ申請に使用する書類について、公証役場での外国語文書認証の手続きからスタートしました。

弊所では、日本在住の外国人のお客様が海外へ移住される際に必要な書類の英訳・認証手続きも承っております。

銀行関係の書類には金融機関ごとに異なる略語が使われることがあります。今回の案件では、不明な略語について銀行へ直接確認し、内容を確認した上で翻訳いたしました。

【英国パスポート申請に必要な書類の英訳】

先日、英国パスポート申請に必要な日本の公文書の英訳をご依頼いただいたお客様より、パスポート申請が承認されたとのご連絡をいただきました。
今回は特急対応のご依頼だったため、ご相談の翌日に翻訳を納品いたしました。
その後、お客様より、申請から約3週間で承認されたとのご報告をいただき、大変嬉しく思っています。

英国政府（GOV.UK）では、英語以外の文書を提出する場合、翻訳には以下の内容を記載するよう案内されています。

☑️"This is a true and accurate translation of the original document."
（原本に忠実かつ正確な翻訳であること）

☑️翻訳日（Date of Translation）

☑️翻訳者の氏名および連絡先（Translator's full name and contact details）

弊所では、これらの要件を満たした翻訳証明書を添付して納品しております。

English Translation of Japanese Official Documents for UK Passport Applications

I recently received wonderful news from a client that their UK passport application had been approved.
As this was an urgent request, I completed and delivered the English translation the day after the initial consultation.
The client later informed me that the application was approved approximately three weeks after submission.

According to GOV.UK, if you need to certify a translation of a document that is not written in English or Welsh, the translator should confirm in writing:

☑️that it is "a true and accurate translation of the original document"

☑️the date of the translation

☑️the translator's full name and contact details

I provide English translations of Japanese official documents together with a translation certificate that meets these requirements.

Urgent requests are also accepted whenever possible. Please feel free to contact me if you require English translations of Japanese official documents.

1週間ぶりの久しぶりの更新となります。

🌸先週は、フィリピン、英国、マレーシア、インドネシアの4か国に関する翻訳業務、対面での帰化のご相談をいただきました🌸

また、入管への申請取次行政書士として活動するための研修・考査を受け、金曜日には行政書士のお勉強会にも参加しました。昨日は外国語文書の認証のため、公証役場へ行ってきました。
また、現在はJTF翻訳認証の取得に向けて審査を受けており、より安心してご依頼いただける体制づくりにも取り組んでいます。

Have you lost your Zairyu Card while traveling abroad and been told by the airline that you cannot board your flight to Japan?

There may still be a way to return to Japan.

1️⃣ Report the loss to the local police and obtain a police report or loss certificate.
2️⃣ Contact a family member in Japan or an immigration professional.
3️⃣ Depending on the circumstances, obtain a Certificate of Valid Re-entry Permit from the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
4️⃣ Once you have the necessary documents, return to Japan.
5️⃣ After returning to Japan, apply for a replacement Zairyu Card within 14 days.

Every case is different, so the required procedures may vary.

4️⃣ Cuando lo reciba, le avisaré.
5️⃣ Realice el pago con tarjeta de crédito.
6️⃣ Solicitaré los documentos.
7️⃣ Si lo desea, también puedo tramitar la Apostilla.
8️⃣ Le enviaré los documentos por DHL.
