Two sets of first time buyers successfully acquired Andium properties at Beau Vallon and Maisons Les Arches. Brilliant to see them taking that important step onto the property ladder. Another couple found their forever home in St Mary, and a fourth purchase completed at First Tower.

On the sales side, we completed two properties in St Brelade, another in St Helier and a final sale in St Saviour.
