Years ago, Can Yaman chose to take part in a powerful message of peace, meeting little Ukrainian children who were warmly welcomed by Italian families in the municipalities of Fucecchio, Santa Croce sull’Arno, and Castelfranco di Sotto.
On that meaningful occasion, trees were planted under the initiative A Tree for the Future, promoted by the Carabinieri Forestry Corps symbols of hope, environmental sustainability, and a better tomorrow for our planet.
The mayors of the three municipalities and local representatives stood together to amplify this message: for children, for peace, and for the environment.
Today, as December arrives, that same spirit of solidarity is needed more than ever. Many children are once again asking for help warmth, care, and hope during this difficult season.
We remember that message from years ago and ask everyone who can to stand with us now.
For the children. For peace. For the future.
