Requirement of an ELECTRONIC SECURITY SOLUTIONS & CC TV SPECIALIST (SALES) at Reputed Company at DR CONGO (AFRICA)
Position Summary:
We seek a skilled and results-driven Electronic Security Solutions Specialist with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, fire and intrusion alarm systems, and GPS tracking solutions and be familiar with leading brands like HIKVISION, DAHUA, and others. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic security solutions.
• Sell and promote products such as CCTV, access control, fire/intrusion alarm systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop security solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, & advancements in electronic security technologies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing proposals, and sales agreements.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote electronic security solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the electronic security industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, etc
• Familiarity with renowned brands like HIKVISION, DAHUA, and similar industry leaders.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification or training in electronic security systems (e.g., HIKVISION or DAHUA certifications) is an advantage.
