Probable Reasons and Solution in nutshell :
1. Email Account may got hacked.
2. One need to make a police report about the hacking of email account.
3. The hacker may sent a request to bank for transfer money in some unknown account.
4. If someone has not given consent to bank to transfer deposit on email request, phone banking or net banking, and bank has transfer the money to unknown account on email request, then bank would be liable to pay the damage caused to the client.
