Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented candidates to fill our clients' permanent and temporary recruitment needs within tight timelines. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to meet client requirements within timelines for permanent and temporary positions in Skilled, Semi-Skilled, and Unskilled categories
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations
- Manage job postings, candidate applications, and communication
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment in permanent and temporary categories
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in various job portals to screen good candidates
- Any Bachelor's degree with knowledge of Human Resources and Company operations
