New Process for DSC Issuance - Stay Relaxed – Get Quick Issuance with VMS Corporate Group

Dear Customer,

Greetings from VMS Corporate Group...!!!

In pursuance of the Order of the Regulatory Authorities, w.e.f. 01/10/2013 Digital Signature will be issued only after verification and receipt of Physical Ink signed Documents and relevant attachments at the Office of the Certifying Authority (CA) : SIFY.

Additionally, as per the new notification by CCA, dsc will now be issued compulsorily with USB Token only from 9th December 2013 . Dsc will no longer be supplied (mailed) in the .pfx form and there will be no option to download the same. Hence now, dsc will come loaded in the USB token

As a result, the entire process has become more time consuming and the processing by your regular suppliers may take longer...!

DIGITAL SIGNATURE - DSC - : NEW ISSUANCE PROCEDURE

Procedure For Class III DSC

1. Form should be duly filled & paste the Photograph of the applicant and get them signed by the applicant(with Cross Signed on photo).
2. Attach the signed & stamped Copies of Documents required according to organisation Structure.
3. Please get Notarised all the required Documents.
4. After the said process, please dispatch us the hard copies of the form.
5. You will get the pfx file on next day of receiving the hard Copy of the form.

Documents Required In Case of Proprietorship/Partnership Firm.
1. Self Attested & Notarised Copy Of PAN Card
2. Self Attested & Notarised Copy of Address Proof.
3. Self attested & Notarised Copy of Proprietorship Proof (Sales Tax,/Services Tax/VAT/ Registered partnership Deed Etc)

Documents Required In Case of Company/LLP.
1. Self Attested & Notarised Copy Of PAN Card of Applicant
2. Self Attested & Notarised Copy of Address Proof of Applicant.
3. Stamped, Signed & Notarised Copy of COI or MOA & AOA/LLP Agreement.
4. Stamped, Signed & Notarised Copy of Annual Return/Income Tax Return/Organisation Bank account Statement.
5. Stamped, Signed & Notarised Copy of Organisation PAN Card.
6. Stamped, Signed & Notarised Authorization letter by the Organisation on the letter head to authorize the applicant for applying DSC (must be signed by some other director other than applicant).
