Took M/s TDI Infracorp India Ltd. to Court for delayed possession, fraudulent increase in area, parking charges, offer of possession without Occupation or Completion Certificate etc. regarding the water Side Floors in Lake Grove, Kundli, Sonepat.
The worthy District Commission, New Delhi has been pleased to order refund of whole amount paid with interest @ 9% from the date of each payment till realisation, within 4 weeks, failing which the interest payable would be 15% pa.
The District Commission, New Delhi took exception to the deficiencies and also held there to be unfair trade practice on the part of TDI Infracorp.
