While we are perfectly content with billing on an hourly or per-transaction basis if that is the client’s preference, we offer packages of integrated legal, accounting and Company Secretarial services on a retainer basis at below market rates, which offer particular value. Such packages may be valid for one or two years, and may be customized according to the client’s needs. “Value” packages ruthlessly minimize costs, while “premium” packages include a wider range of services. Both, however, cap the client’s annual legal, accounting and Company Secretarial costs, and do so at below market rates.
