To ensure all HR and Admin operations at the branch/zone level
2. Facilitate and support day-to-day office activities in accordance with instructions/coordination with senior
managers in the branch/warehouse.
3. Implementing and executing the company’s policies and procedures under the directions/liaison of head office
4. Setting and implementing objectives of Admin and Human Resources in office(s)/warehouse as per the
guideline and with coordination with Head Office
5. Achieve specific objectives by communicating with management/employees and making adjustments to
optimize operational workflow in the branch
6. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company, branch & zone to facilitate other
business operations
7. Recruiting and facilitating training to the personnel and allocating responsibilities by coordinating with the
departmental head.
8. Conduct periodical evaluations of personnel and provide guidance about potential improvements in each
employee’s performance
9. Facilitate and support day-to-day office and warehouse activities
10. Manage services/service providers/vendors and maintenance activities
11. Optimize inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially word and excel
