Can bail be granted in NDPS cases?

37 of the NDPS Act, where the bail application is being opposed by the Public Prosecutor, bail can only be granted if two conditions are satisfied: (1) There are 'reasonable grounds' for believing that the accused is not guilty of such offences and (2) he will not commit any offence while on bail.

Consumer Rights Organisation National meet was held today at Mohali.
Lecture was delivered on the rights of the consumers and in relation to consumer's daily affairs as well as their duties . The meet was graced as Chief guest by HMJ Vinod Sharma ( LOKPAL PUNJAB) and other worthy Honourable Mr justices of the High court, Kasturi Lal (Mintu) ,president Ludhiana (rural) CRO leading social worker of Shri Machhiwara Sahib) and office bearers of the CRO.

Post of Assistant Director created nd rules of Punjab Forensic Science lab ( group A )post amended on my pending writs .The lab was created under Punjab Police rules1934 nd rules were created in 2010 nd now have been amended in 2021 via Punjab gazatte nd the posts fall under group" A "posts(gazatted officers).
