Indian spirituality tells you to spend as much time as possible, privately in your aloneness as your choice and willingly for your spiritual sadhana and spiritual advancement.
When you can be alone it gives you time to go inward and see who you are really, and what you really want to do and why you want to do those things.
When you come to a clarity about who you are, then you could live your life without any hassles and live your life the way you want to live and get involved in those things which you love to involve.

A spiritual person will have the power of observation. They can observe and watch whether the peoples actions match their words.
The spiritual person silently observes the way an egostic man or woman treats others the,-common, poor people and animals. And you can find out what the level of their real humanity is.
One can with little awareness could see how these egoistic people react when they don't find or get things from which their egos gets satisfied.
But these egos are all fake. They actually live with difficulty even with themselves. But they wear masks of pseudo sympathy. That is all.

Don't worry,it is the way with the material worldly society.People get distanced from you - when they think you have stopped earning money in the worldly way.
But that is going to be the experience of everyone who starts becoming spiritual.
People think that you have gone lazy and you might start asking for money from them,so they become cautious and move away from you.
But a spiritual person is aware of this kind of treatment. The worldly material minded society respects people based only on your wealth and power.
And they look at people who are living life spiritually, differently, not bothering much about money- as inferior and not up to their standard.

You have been born into this life of yours to complete your karmas.
So don't get into anger, sadness or guilt that you could not become,or achieve what you have desired.
Do whatever you can, with dedication and be content with what has been given to you by the existence.
This is the karma bhoomi meaning the place which is nothing but you have to go through and pay for your past deeds.
So with this idea, learn to say okay to whatever you come across - because for you, the completion of your karmas is more important.

I am who I am.The silent observer, the screen, the cosmic space in which all the body, mind, ego, worldly things and experiences appear and disappear.
I know myself by watching me first hand.I don't need any psychologists,or counsellors to tell me who I am.
I, presume myself as a person, living in this objective world with a personal history and individuality.
In this idea of being a person,i forget that in reality - I am the eternal consciousness which will always be there behind all experiences as a silent presence that this so-called person goes through being in the apparent world.
It is like a screen on which the movie of life gets projected. And in that movie - you too have a role to play and you enact that role till your need for the cinema ends.

Nati Nati Nati meditation technique and practice is not to feel or say,-what all the experiences one is having as they are not happening to you.
It is not to see, feel, smell, touch or taste as you are doing them.It is to sense them as they are happening on a move or TV screen and you are just the watcher, watching them flashing, appearing and disappearing.
This meditation will make you feel as if you are not a doer, but you are the one -the divine is using you to have the glimpse of its divine creations for itself.( Photo courtesy AI images).

Karmas are partly individual and sometimes partly collective also.
Many times you become the part of collective injustices and wars because of the situations you are forced to go with because you think you cannot resist them.
So you many times- you find that you are suffering miseries along with others.
The solution is in spirituality and in your spiritual sadhanas and endeavours, which would start affecting the collective consciousness and you might become instrumental in changing the prevailing hostile situations.

A spiritual person is the one, who allows the divine to function through him or her. They live as a non doer.Whatever they say or do - it is the divine does through them.
Now they don't have any need to impress or show off.Because they know it is divine will which is at work.
They don't even bother about communication skills etc. They are just open, and attentive and their intuition speaks spontaneously.
Being the persons of awareness, they are able to handle any emotions, because they don't identify with them.
Hence they live their lives with, pause to do deliberation, pondering, choosing, then decide to do whatever they do without any conflicts.

My two sons have now become aged, with their own families and we have become friends- who are travelling the same kind of spiritual journey of life but individually without clinging to each other.
I have very few friends, and there may be few people who do not like me,- but i am that kind of spiritual person who believes in karmas and destiny, and stride with whatever circumstances arise in my life without any resistance.
I consider all sorts of relationships, need mutual adjustments and compromises, and i don't even require the dire need of the relationships as such, because most of the time i live alone in my solitude.

About my childhood, being born into a large family of seven brothers and two sisters,i was just a number - having no chance for individual care,or pampering. But it was an atmosphere of profound freedom.
From the beginning, i was always a sort of fellow, living in my own minds cocoon, not bothering, nor attentive about others.
I was not given any duties, nor i had any responsibilities as such.
It was a situation where I have to develop myself as me without any guidance as such.
So in a way I am a self taught person, although in my later years i came across Osho, Sadguru Ramana,Nisarga datta maharaj who have become my gurus through their books and audio videos.
Now i feel everything happened due to my karmas and destiny.

Many people who think that they are religious, faithful and follow the text given by divine persons, and so, they are good and nothing bad could happen to them.
And there are other set of people - who say " they are unlucky, life is unfair to them".
What these people do not know is,- there is nothing like good or bad in this life which has been given to you to complete your karmas and destiny.
If you can understand the reality of prarabda karmas at how to live life without adding further agami karmas, then you can be free of all the sanchita karmas, and attained to liberation or mukti in this very life.
Then you know that you are okay with who you are, and know that you are doing fine with the gift of this life.
