It is usually said by the people that an advocate always paves a way for an accused to get away from his criminal liabilities. This is a remarkable judgement passed by the Honble Gauhati High Court in a case where in it has been made clear that an accused person cannot quash the proceedings against him based on some technical grounds in regards to non filing of affidavit in a Complaint petition while invoking section 156(3) CrPC. This is another achievement upon my shoulder which I fought against a senior advocate and thereby winning the case, i do really feel proud serving justice to a victim..
