Information about the Workplace:
We are looking for employees for a factory in various positions in Poland.
Position:
Production Worker:
1) Carcass & Meat Cutting - Pork and Meat
2) Fish & Seafood
3) Poultry
4) Machine Operator
5) Forklift operator
Duties:
Production worker -
Fish & Seafood: Operation of production machines, weighing semi-finished products, preparing fish for packing, and packaging finished products.
Poultry: Slaughtering, cutting and packaging of poultry products, verification of manufactured products, operation of machinery and equipment on the production line, keeping the workplace clean
Carcass & Meat Cutting - Pork and Meat: Carcass processing and meat cutting, meat processing and trimming of veins and fat, meat packing and raw meat preparation, handling of knives, saws, and machines, and Complying with applicable knife change and sterilization rules.
Machine operator - maintenance and control of machine operation, preparation of raw materials.
Forklift operator - receiving of goods, preparation of goods for dispatch, delivery of goods for production, ex*****on of warehouse documents.
Contract - Mandate contract
Workwear/Uniforms - free
Occupational Medicine and Research Health and Safety - PLN 154 (collected from the salary)
Transport - FREE
Meal - FREE lunch. There is a lunchroom in the factory.
Shifts - 10-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, possible work on Sundays. (There are no night shifts)
Average 260-300 hours per month.
Salary and Bonus:
Average salary:
PLN 4500-5500 net per month
Bonus: Provided as per company rule
Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ready to work in a standing position
- Intermediate knowledge of the Polish language (for forklift operators)
- UDT certificate (for forklift truck operator
Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided but payable PLN 16 per person per day in a 4-6 person room (approx. 480 PLN per month). The accommodation has everything you need and the conditions are good.
Additional information:
- Temperature in the workplace + 4-6 degrees, high humidity
If possible, rooms for couples are available (PLN 20 per person per day)
- It is possible to receive an advance payment (after 10 business days)
- We provide a blanket and a pillow (cost PLN 55)
- In case of loss, destruction or theft, you must repay the price of the entrance card: PLN 50, keys: 50 PLN, and work clothes: 80 PLN.
