Delay payments of MSME Registered Corporations?

Every corporation registered under MSME Act, 2006 is entitled to receive the payment for the goods supplied within at last 45 days from the date of invoice, otherwise, the seller is entitled to file a reference to the Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for the recovery of the amount along with the interest at the rate prescribed under the Act.
