We are delighted to inform you that Khera & Khera Law Offices has filed a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on 04.02.2021, seeking the response of the centre on plea claiming that the provisions in the Delhi Rent Control Act (DRCA) which deals with eviction of tenants was "Discriminatory Towards the Landlords" where commercial properties are concerned.
A bench of Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh were pleased to issue notice to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs seeking their stand on such petition.
