*PHDCCI Ludhiana Zone and SHE Forum organized the second session of the *Empowering Mind Series – ‘From Awareness to Action: Stepping into a Healthier Future'* at Hotel Radisson BLU, Ludhiana with an aim to empowering women entrepreneurs, professionals, students, and aspiring leaders through opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and business growth.
Ms. Bharti Sood, Regional Director, PHDCCI*, shared an overview of the PHDCCI’s distinguished legacy of over 120 years. She highlighted the vision behind launching the PHDCCI SHE Forum.
CA Vishal Garg, Co-Convener, Ludhiana Zone, Punjab State Chapter, PHDCCI* delivered the welcome address and appreciated the consistent efforts of the SHE Forum and stakeholders in curating empowering knowledge sessions. He further highlighted the importance of mental and physical well-being as essential foundations for both personal and professional growth.

Mrs. Inderjit Kaur, Hon’ble Mayor, Ludhiana appreciated the focus on women’s health and empowerment. She reiterated the local administration’s support for such impactful community-centered programs.
A highlight of the event was the engaging Panel Discussion on the topic: *‘Hustle with Health: A Wellness Blueprint for Women Entrepreneurs’, and Q&A session in which attendees openly discussed the challenges they encounter in maintaining consistent wellness routines, juggling family and professional responsibilities, and coping with societal expectations to be perpetually productive.
The event was attended by over 80 participants including prominent female entrepreneurs, corporate leaders from the region and women across all walks of life.*
