Honoured to share that I was recently invited as a Guest Speaker at the Tollygunge Study Circle of ICSI to deliberate on “Adjudication and Compounding of Offences before RD and ROC”.
The session was truly enriching and engaging, with insightful discussions on practical nuances, procedural aspects and recent trends in adjudication and compounding matters.
