Now Hiring | DM for details We at Tal Ron, Drihem & Co., pride ourselves in being exceptionally dedicated to our clients.

We believe that it is extremely important to know our clients well. It is only then, that a lawyer can give his clients the best possible advice. This holds true for publicly-listed companies, just as it does for private individuals and young online entrepreneurs. There is no need for you to get lost in an extra-large law firm, passed around at random between lawyers who are not in the slightest f

amiliar with the big picture in your case. At Tal Ron, Drihem & Co., we are not pencil-pushing form fillers. Our legal team is fully versed in the history and all aspects of our client base inside and out. And as our clients all know, we are available for them 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, for professional advice, one-on-one attention and meetings in Tel Aviv and in every distant part of the world. That is why so many of our clients have been loyal for us for years. Our firm, established in 2003 by award-winning lawyer and notary Tal Itzhak Ron (B.Sc., LL.B., and M.Sc. Computer Science), has been providing since its inception legal services for the biggest names in the iGaming, digital entertainment and financial technology industries. The firm advises exclusively more than 300 operators, platforms, acquiring banks, service providers and governing bodies in those sectors, offering creative, dedicated, highly-responsive, legal, banking and compliance services, and is considered the first point of contact for innovative ventures setting up and wishing to optimize their operations.

Controversial opinion: company culture isn’t optional, it’s essential.

At Tal Ron, Drihem & Co., we don’t treat culture as a buzzword. This shows up in the small things - like how we take our lunch breaks together, how we enjoy music and hang out together, and how we make space for real human connection, all the time. And people who feel seen do better work - especially in a high-pressure legal world.

And yes, this matters even more in Israel.
Even on days with sirens, uncertainty, and headlines that don’t stop, we still show up for each other. We come to the office every day and constantly build.

Because great gaming legal work isn’t just about expertise; it's about the people behind it.

That’s the culture we choose to build - every single day.

Looking back at the flight to Eilat, it wasn’t just about getting from one place to another.

It was that in-between moment - sitting together with the team, reviewing ideas for our keynote Game Changers panel in the Israeli Bar Conference, talking through perspectives and feeling the quiet excitement that comes before meaningful work begins.

Conferences like this are a reminder of why these spaces matter. They create room for conversations that don’t always fit into everyday routines - conversations about business development, innovation and the role law plays in fast-changing industries.

Creating opportunities to engage with important subjects was energizing. Not because of the stage or the setting, but because of the people and the ideas that come together along the way.

Our law firm is grateful for the chance to be part of it all. Thank you אלעד דנוך - Elad Danoch, Shir Hayun, Joe Bergel and the amazing team for inviting us to Eilat this second year.

What does it actually mean to be a game changer?

In law - and especially in gaming - it’s not about being the loudest voice in the room or chasing the newest trend.

It’s about understanding where an industry is heading before the rules are written, and helping shape frameworks that allow innovation to grow responsibly.

The gaming world moves fast. And thus, legal thinking has to move faster, without losing its grounding, ethics, or purpose.

That tension is where meaningful legal work happens.

Yesterday’s Game Changers panel was a reminder that progress in law doesn’t come from reacting to change — it comes from engaging with it early, thoughtfully, and collaboratively.

Stay tuned for more updates from this amazing panel, which we are proud to have hosted.

Tu Bishvat is all about planting seeds - and trusting the process. ☺️

From celebrating the holiday with the local community in Dizengoff to heading off to the conference in Eilat, we’re ready to take this holiday’s lessons into full effect.

That said, it’s time to plant the seeds to new relationships.

Will we be seeing you in Eilat?

The Israeli Bar conference is coming up tomorrow - and we’re proud to share that we will be hosting its opening panel, “Game Changers” on the gaming and internet industry.

This isn’t a panel about trends or buzzwords.

It’s about how law, innovation, and leadership intersect, and where responsibility comes into play when industries move faster than regulation.

We’re looking forward to sitting alongside some of our clients and business partners who shape decisions and not just comment on them, and to opening the event with a discussion that’s honest, sharp, and grounded in real experience.

Panels work best when they challenge assumptions, not reinforce them.

That’s the intention here.

Looking forward to a meaningful conversation, stay tuned for more.

On the way to Barcelona last week, our flight turned into a networking event before we even landed.

Our chairman, lawyer Tal Ron, has a habit when he travel for conferences - he talks to the people next to him, introduces them to each other, and by the time him and his team arrives, everyone on the plane knows everyone.

Which just goes to show that some of the best connections don’t happen at booths or panels at all.

They happen in business class! ✈️

That mindset follows our team everywhere we work.

Our team thanks GameIS (Official) for another epic event.
