What 10 years in the property industry taught me about the hidden cost of a hotel room 👇

It’s not just about a bed and a roof.

I’ve learned from speaking to the guys in the houses, that environment and surroundings is everything.

A cramped hotel room for three months isn’t a “stay.“

It’s a recipe for burnout.

People need:
🍳 A kitchen to cook a real meal
🛋️ A living room to actually lounge around in
💤 Comfortable beds to get a good night’s sleep

At McBride Property Ireland, we stopped looking at „rooms“ and started looking at „well-being.“
