專業調解員學會會長陳帥雄先生應“廣州市海珠區人力資源和社會保障局 - 粵港澳大灣區跨境勞動關係服務中心”邀請給予廣東省首部《灣區通·粵港澳三地勞動關係與用工指引手冊》內容修改建議，以及建議英文名稱。

Mr. Chan Shui Hung, President of the Institute of Mediators, was invited by the Haizhu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Guangzhou and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-Border Labour Relations Service Centre to provide comments and suggestions on the content of Guangdong Province’s first “GBA Guide – A Practical Guide to Labour Relations and Employment Practices in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, as well as to propose its English title.

The coach and assessor in-house training sessions were successfully held in Hong Kong on 2 and 3 May. The training further strengthened the Institute’s training team with ten new members.

專業調解員學會48小時調解課程已經在廣東省版權局登記。這標誌着團體標準（T/GDHR 0015-2025)粵港澳調解員能力培訓教程及內容符合作品特征的其他智力成果。

The Institute of Mediators’ 48-hour mediation course has been registered with the Guangdong Copyright Administration. This demonstrates that the syllabus and content of the group standard (T/GDHR 0015-2025), the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Mediator Competency Training Guidelines, are capable of constituting a work protected by copyright.

於2026年4月18日，澳門專業調解員學會應 #一邦線上仲調中心 邀請出席「大灣區在線爭議解決協作平台發展研討會」。

在主題為：科技賦能商事調解——助力中國企業“走出去”的法律科技應用與平台協同發展圓桌研討環節上，澳門專業調解員學會會長 #趙達源 博士就法律科技如何降低企業跨境爭議解決成本，提升效率，助力中國企業在“一帶一路”沿線及其他國際市場中的合規與風險應對能力。

是次活動是回應香港特別行政區《行政長官 2025 年施政報告》提出於 2026 年底前設立「大灣區商事調解平台」的施政目標。

專業調解員學會會長 #陳帥雄 先生、副會長 #劉帥賢 博士及理事 #譚寶玲 亦到場支持次是活動。

#大灣區在線爭議解決協作平台發展研討會

On 18 April 2026, the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators (MIOPM) was invited by the eBRAM Online Dispute Resolution Centre to attend the seminar entitled “The Development of the GBA Online Dispute Resolution Collaboration Platform.”

At the round-table discussion themed “Technology Empowering Commercial Mediation — Legal Tech Applications and Platform Synergy to Support Chinese Enterprises Going Global,” Dr Gary Chio, President of MIOPM shared his views on how legal technology can reduce the cost of cross-border dispute resolution and improve efficiency, while enhancing Chinese enterprises’ compliance and risk-management capabilities in Belt and Road countries and other international markets.

The event was held in response to the policy objective set out in the 2025 Policy Address of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR to establish the “GBA Commercial Mediation Platform” by the end of 2026.

Mr Chan Shui Hung, President of the Institute of Mediators; Dr Alex Lau, Vice-President; and Ms Bowie Tam, Council Member, also attended show their support.
