Houses bioclimatic character
The underground house enables large energy savings in terms of heating in winter and cooling in summer. Insulated naturally by the earth, it is characterized by a high thermal inertia which ensures the constant interior temperatures. It is naturally air-conditioned in the summer and warm during the short winter.

Des maisons bioclimatiques à fort caractère architectural qui s’intègrent parfaitement dans le paysage, situées à Parga au Nord-Ouest de la Grèce.

Un projet original et singulier
Sur le site magnifique de Parga en Grèce Nord-Ouest, face à la mer Ionienne, à 200 mètres de la plage de Valtos, un projet – concept se réalisera bientôt.
Il s’agit de trois habitations vertes, sur un terrain à forte pente orienté plein Ouest, sur des parcelles indépendantes assurant un ensoleillement en une vue dégagée à l’ infini.
Des maisons qui s’intègrent dans le paysage
La maison ne dénature pas le paysage, bien au contraire, elle s’y intègre parfaitement. La surface du terrain ne diminue pas. La discrétion est absolue puisque toute activité est quasiment invisible des voisins ou des passants.
Des maisons à caractère bioclimatique
La maison sous terre permet de grandes économies d’énergie sur le plan du chauffage l’hiver et de la climatisation l’été. Isolée naturellement par de la terre, elle est caractérisée par une forte inertie thermique qui assure ces températures intérieures constantes. Climatisée naturellement l’été et tiède pendant le court période hivernale.
