📊 ფინანსური ანგარიშგების წარდგენა საქართველოში უკვე დამკვიდრებულ პრაქტიკად ყალიბდება, თუმცა ყურადღება ეტაპობრივად გადადის არა მხოლოდ ვადებზე, არამედ ანგარიშგების ხარისხსა და შესაბამისობაზეც.

SARAS-ის 2025 წლის მონაცემებით, ანგარიშგების პორტალზე 83,730 ანგარიშგება გასაჯაროვდა, ხოლო წარდგენის საშუალო მაჩვენებელმა 95%-ს მიაღწია.

ამავე პერიოდში გაგრძელდა ფინანსური ანგარიშგებების ხარისხის მონიტორინგიც, რაც ბიზნესებისთვის კიდევ უფრო ზრდის ზუსტი, სრულყოფილი და მოქმედ მოთხოვნებთან შესაბამისი ანგარიშგების მნიშვნელობას.

⚖️ „დაგროვებითი პენსიის შესახებ“ კანონში დაგეგმილი ცვლილებები დამსაქმებლებისთვის საპენსიო შენატანებთან დაკავშირებული გარკვეული ჯარიმების ჩამოწერას ითვალისწინებს.

ინიცირებული ცვლილებების მიხედვით, დაახლოებით 13,500 დამსაქმებელს ჯამურად 43 მილიონი ლარის ოდენობის გადაუხდელი ჯარიმა შეიძლება ჩამოეწეროს, იმ პირობით, რომ დამსაქმებელი 2026 წლის ბოლომდე სრულად დაფარავს საპენსიო შენატანის დავალიანებასა და შესაბამის საურავებს.

📌 ცვლილებები ასევე ითვალისწინებს:

- ჯარიმის 300 ლარამდე შემცირებას
- დავების განხილვის მექანიზმის შექმნას
- შენატანების ეტაპობრივად, 18 თვემდე დაფარვის შესაძლებლობას
- გარკვეულ შემთხვევებში, 10 დღეში გადახდისას ჯარიმის გაუქმებას

🌍 Not every company operating in international markets automatically qualifies for International Company (IC) Status.

IC Status is a special tax status that may be granted to companies registered in Georgia and engaged in activities defined by Georgian legislation. It primarily applies to companies operating in the IT and maritime sectors.

The key tax benefits of IC Status include:

▪️ Corporate income tax - 5%
▪️ Personal income tax on employees’ salaries - 5%
▪️ Dividends - exempt from taxation

Operating in an eligible sector alone is not sufficient to obtain the status. A company must meet the requirements established by law, including relevant business experience and genuine operational substance in Georgia.

დადგენილ ვადაში ანგარიშფაქტურის დაუდასტურებლობის ან უარყოფის შემთხვევაში, შესაძლოა დროებით შეეზღუდოს წვდომა შემოსავლების სამსახურის ელექტრონულ სერვისებზე.
