Biodiversity net gain and habitat creation.

Our latest project in the historic village of Wroxton called for the creation of new habitats for both birds and bats through the installation of bird and bat boxes on the new houses.

So with our ambition to always stand out from the rest, we opted for these stunning custom made stone bird and bat boxes. The team over at Goode Stone produced these stunning ironstone boxes in collaboration with our team on site we located the boxes and even tied in the stone coursing.

The team are doing a fantastic job at our site in Wroxton. With around a month to go until completion it's brilliant to see the second fix and finishes happening on site (everyone is loving the laundry chute linking the master ensuite to the utility room).

We've had a very busy but exciting week on site at Wroxton. Our high performance, thermally efficient Scotframe Valutherm closed panel timber frame arrived. The team have done incredibly well to complete full er****on, including external joinery in just 5 days, what an amazing effort by everyone involved.

The houses are looking amazing and we all love the beautiful Allan brothers timber Windows.

We're just over a week into a very exciting new project, converting a beautiful curtilage listed stone threshing barn into a fabulous 5 bedroom luxury home in North Oxfordshire.

Part of our works require the construction of a new pitched roof across what was a series of bolt on garages to the main Barn, this will create a stunning vaulted kitchen. We've decided to create the new roof structure using traditional methods and are very excited to see the results of our onsite joiner building 3 beautiful king post trusses which will span over 7m each.
Thanks to MKM Banbury for sourcing the large section timbers required.
