I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that I have to run my own business.
You see, it’s not always easy being a Wife, Mummy and a business owner….. the juggle is real. However the flexibility it gives me is very much a blessing, and the understanding that my clients have when things don’t quite go to plan amazes me.
Yesterday morning I unexpectedly had to take my eldest to hospital, with a suspected fractured arm… he had hurt it playing rugby, and although we had been watching it, it became apparent it was more than just a sore arm.
So a bit if kindness and understanding from a client I was supposed to be seeing, and a rescheduled appointment later meant that I could take him to the Minor Injury’s unit, to get it looked at.
Sure enough it was fractured, so after a couple of hours, an X-ray and a splint later we were off and on our way back to school for him, Thankfully due to the amazing staff at the hospital I was also able to make my youngest sons sports day afternoon. Which I was worried we would also miss.
It really does mean the world to me that I am able to be a present mummy and also bring in an income for my family, so this is a massive thank you for all your continued support, for the time you take to comment on my posts, for the likes, the shares, the referrals and recommendations, for just remembering I’m here and I’m always happy to help those who need it.
I’m hoping the rest of the week will be a little less eventful 🤣
