Viewing Day – What We Look For
Yesterday we viewed the Crewe property showing 11.29% projected yield.
Here’s what we assessed beyond the numbers:
• Condition vs actual refurb budget
• Street quality and neighbouring properties
• Suitability for a long-term family tenant
• Any early signs of structural or damp issues
• Overall tenant appeal
Some deals look great online and fall apart in person.
Some improve when you see the potential.
Due diligence protects yield.
