This project has now come to a close after taking a staged approach around the customer. I have to say it has turned out really really well. Initially the plan was to divide it up into rooms however I think keeping it as one open room makes it feel huge! ✅

The Green Is Now Finished! 🏠

I must admit this is one of the best finished products APL has created so far. No expense spared to ensure the house is in the best possible condition! ✅

On this project APL paid for the refurbishment, if you have an empty home or know of one APL will pay for the refurbishment in order to get it ready for the sale! 👌🏻

I’ve not heard of a building contractor that does that 👀

Layout change of Project Letter ✉

With people now liking more open spaces and a bigger kitchen we have decided to open up the back of the house. Even though this is going to cost more we think it will add a lot more to the value of the house ✅

We often speak to clients wanting to spend money on their house for comfort, but it’s also key to add value to the property to ensure if they ever do want to sell it they will make their money back and more! 💰

Update on the second Dormer Bungalow Conversion🏠

The steels are installed as well as the flooring structure, we can now use this as our foundation to build the dormer structures. Next stages, build the dormer frame around the existing roof to ensure that the property is watertight as possible, the last thing we want is rain pouring into the front room. 🙈

A lot of visual changes will now start to take place.

We are back in Over Hulton for an update on 1 of 2 Dormer loft conversion that we are carrying out on the same street! 🏠

We have now completed the installation of the flooring structure that was seen in a previous video, installed the new ridge beam, relocated the rear purlins, constructed the dormers, installed the new roof to the dormers, carried out some first fix electrics and plumbing where required under the floor, installed the 22mm chipboard flooring, installed the new windows to the 1st floor of the property and almost finished the construction of the internal stud walls. 🔨

Once we have competed the construction of the stud walls, we can then move on to the insulation, complete the 1st fix plumbing, electrics and air conditioning and then move on to plaster boarding..

Project letter update!

We have now completed the first fix plumbing and electrical work, now starting to plaster the property which is always a good stage. The property is now starting to look like a home again.

Glossop Project Completed! 🎉

This was a project we carried out towards the back end of the year. With the client living down in London she was concerned about project management due to previous experiences with other building contractors.
That’s where APL steps in, we offer a full end to end service from the design of the build, on going project management right the way through to the end of the build. Several weekly updates were provided, included video walkthrough and calls as and when required. 🔨🏠

I’m sure we will be carrying out more work for this client moving forward!😁
