This coffee pot was found in a house that was being cleared by one of our team. Our experienced people recognised it for what it was, a Worcester porcelain pot.

In auction it fetched £41,900, it could've been you.

So you could get all your rubbish sorted and taken away and end up rich, can't be bad.

When was the last time you visited your loft? Yesterday, last week, August maybe even last year?

I can't blame you, you probably can't find what you were looking for anyway.

My wife has a rule, if you haven't used or looked at it in the last year it should go... "but, but, but" I hear you say. Sorry it has to go.

Apart from using it like a medieval oubliette (thats a sort of dungeon where they put people to be forgotten) having a loft full of stuff is a real fire risk.

So it really is time to call us and get it cleared. If there is anything valuable up there we'll tell you, we're straight like that.

Mess just happens, sometimes quickly like when you demolish something or slowly such as when the garden gets a little out of control.

However it happens our job is to sort it out for you, quickly. We'll turn up with our crew, sort out want you want done. Take it away having cleaned up behind us. The only evidence of our presence will be the lack of rubbish and mess.

Our job is to clear up other people's rubbish and dispose of it responsibly. Not as easy as you might think. We have to hold a number of licences and there's any amount of paperwork that often needs to be completed. But we are professionals and we do the job properly. In fact we are often the one's hired by the council to clear up where the irresponsible have fly tipped. That is after the evidence has been gathered to prosecute the fly tipper and those that hired them.
