A very experienced developer is looking for a joint venture partner, so that he can make this project happen. the land has already been acquired and the plans for 10 luxury apartments have already been approved.

this one is in the south of England and will require private funds in the region of £2-300k WITH A MINIMUM RETURN OF 60%

Even better than that is the fact that the 10 apartments will likely be increased to 14 and a further 7-10% profit added to the project once a renewed scheme is put forward.
