This is a typically biased account from The Times which is a travesty. It trashes Employment Judges and says the Tribunal system is ‘stacked’ against employers with judges demanding that all equality cases be heard by them. It’s clearly a play for the reintroduction of fees. You would expect nothing less from a once great newspaper which has become a Tory rag.

Inexperienced judges who have never heard a case have been hired to clear an avalanche of employment claims from sacked and aggrieved workers.Trade union and town hall lawyers are among 59 new faces
