We offer bespoke Sourcing, Refurbishment, Project Planning/Management as well as Lettings. We are specialists in HMO and cover a much wider range of investment strategies from R2R to SA and PLO. We are accredited Landlords with decades of experience between us in Lettings, Structural Engineering, Project Management, Surveying and have our own

approved list of Crack builders, Electricians, Plumbers, Handymen and Cleaners. As investors we believe the systemic 'overcharging' by lettings agents is damaging the industry, and so it is our goal to cut extra fees as far as possible, and promise to not add any fees on top of what you pay for certificates, reference checks, management of maintenance works up to £3000 and we don't have excessive tenant finding fees. Everything is done at cost as we believe 10% is enough for management.
