Do you know where your Will is, more importantly, do your executors know where to find it?

I will die on these hills. People don’t plan and the fall out and uncertainty of not having a Will, Trust, Lasting Power of Attorney, having done inheritance tax planning and generally protecting your legacy leaves behind a tornado of hurt, emotional overwhelm, financial stress, feuds.

This is the most common thing I hear and it scares me how many people are walking around thinking it.

Consider it a life jacket you hopefully will never need but will be grateful you have.
