de, involved in the selection process and steering you through the process? I was an estate agent for over 33 years, I know the business from the inside out and know what to look for and what to ask. You pay a solicitor £1000s to do the legal work but they never see what you are buying. You pay a surveyor £100s as part of your mortgage application to make sure the property is sound, but they act on behalf of the building society. I act for YOU. Over time, this idea came about by the number of friends and relatives I have helped either find the right property or steered away from the wrong one. I was an estate agent for 33 years until 2017. You name it I’ve done it. I have passed CeMAP (Certificate in mortgage advice and practice….im not a mortgage advisor though) and NAEA Technical Award (one of the few professional qualifications available to estate agents)
The depth of service and knowledge I can offer will depend upon the area and I won't take on a task I don’t feel I can fully commit to.
