I never cease to be amazed at the kindness of writing a review for my funeral services from a family so soon after such a difficult time. It restores my faith that people are good and want the world to be a happy place.

In the last year I’ve had FOUR fake reviews on Google which have had a hugely detrimental impact on my business. I’ve reported them but Google have failed to even respond. How can it be okay for google to allow people to do this to a business that relies so heavily on personal reputation? The way things are means that competitors, malicious strangers, and scammers trying to extort money out of you are given free reign to destroy your business.
This fear has been proven to be a reality as shortly after the last ones I received a message offering to remove them. For a hefty fee of course!
It is heartbreaking after spending years building a five star reputation.

So, what can I do. Nothing apparently!!! But this is what could you do.

If you have used my services and recognise the comments made on my google reviews to be false, may I ask you to google my website www.louisegoode.net and report the fake reviews as malicious and then leave your own review to let people know your experience.
