So …. We are at the messy stage of a property refurb. We’ll be transforming this 2 bed 1 bath semi detached miners cottage from a tired 1900 built property into a 3 bed, 1 main bathroom, a mini ensuite plus adding a downstairs WC and utility room.

It’s age means it’s a solid wall built property so along the process we will deliver damp course upgrades, exterior wall and internal flooring damp and insulation to modernise it before adding a top line main bathroom and mini ensuite to the master bedroom.

The dingy and dusty loft will become an easy access clean, massive storage space and we’ll also revamp the back outside area to create a garden sitting area.

This place - due to its location and style - has an upper resale limit, so we are budgeting tightly and putting a high spend priority into the structural changes this space needs to become a warm spacious home.

We are circa 15 days or so into the works and we hope to be done by the end of March.

Varied few weeks including a full
Bathroom rip and refurb, sone commercial works on a conference suit build and a shed base along with various odd jobs and bits n bobs. Oh, and we had sone down time too @ Clarksons pub, Spain and at Old Trafford. Open for enquires and quotes. Any 2 week plus projects we Ave space in late January onwards but we keep days open for those annoying emergency or odd works.

We’re your first call for all domestic property maintenance and refurb / build projects

As well as bathrooms, garage builds and fitting we also do those ‘odd’ works such as rebuilding a traditional Stoke retainer wall, custom made gates and emergency plumbing repairs … Infact… so far there’s not been a lot we can’t turn our expertise to and if we can’t you can be absolutely sure we have a recommendation for who can … such as gas work plumbing and brick laying or large scale roof construction or remodelling. Need some out front canopies or high end cladding for a front of house face lift ? We know the guys for that too.
