Dying Matters Awareness week finishes tomorrow but if you’ve not had the conversation yet then extend it in your household.

Not all of us have the opportunity to plan in times of awful diagnoses, some people are taken too suddenly.

Reach out if you need help having this conversation. Sometimes having someone outside the family present can really help to steer it in the right way.
