Could anyone recommend surveyor in Redruth or nearby for preparing Land Registry compliant plans? Thanks Kim

Land Registry rules splitting your property title - I often get asked by clients whether they can split their property title, for example if they are developing part of their garden. Often this is only possible on a disposition such as a sale/transfer of part of a title, which is prepared and completed on a sale of part of the property (otherwise the decision would be at the Registrar's discretion). The Land Registry will, after the sale of part, register the transfer deed, creating a new title for the part of the land transferred, and the remaining land will stay within the existing title number. If I can assist with any queries regarding this or preparing a transfer of part, please do let me know on 01209 700 582 or [email protected].
