At A.D.E Wills, we view the process of making a Will a bit like completing a puzzle: you have an image of what the final piece is to look like and what you want to produce, but you just need all the pieces and to know where to put them.
Writing your own Will is very similar because you have an idea of who you want to provide for and where you want your assets and property to go, but you may need some help on how to achieve this outcome. This is where A.D.E Wills come in.
Making an online Will
Making a Will with a Will writing company
Making a Will with a solicitor
There is no best way to write a Will as these are all valid options, based on your circumstances.
A self-written Will is the simplest and quickest option available. Similarly, making a Will online can be a cheap and fast option in making your Will. However, the impersonal nature of these options lacks the help you may need. A sole mistake at any stage of the process of Will-making (whether in what you should consider before making the Will, drafting your Will, signing or executing your Will, storing and then remembering to review your Will) can render a Will invalid. We understand the desire for fast or quick services but we believe that whilst there is a need for efficiency, a Will is not something that should be rushed for the sake of expediency.
Alternatively, your typical Will-writer, lawyer or firm of solicitors may add that reassurance by discussing with you your wishes and instructions and offering advice. However, these services attract higher fees and longer processes; equally, many solicitors write Wills as an additional service to other areas of law, and so may not be available as often and have the requisite expertise. Again, this is where A.D.E Wills fits in.
We are all about you. What you want, how you want it and when you want it.
Your Will should reflect exactly what you want to happen. This is why we work with you to determine exactly what you want, how it is possible and the level of support you need to achieve this goal.
How do we do this?
We listen. We ask. We learn you. Afterwards, we determine which of our service is most suitable for you.
Why do we do this for you?
We have a wealth of experience in Will writing, seeing the relief on clientsโ faces when they finally have that peace of mind when we give them a valid, legal Will which reflects their wishes and looks after their family when they are not here.
But this experience has also shown us the upsetting, stressful and contentious periods that follow when no Will is in place or is lost, or when people are contesting a Will and how these periods can destroy families.
We care about your family and want to help you put the pieces together for your peace of mind.
