Have you seen the changes at Fairland Green?

There’s new seating, more planting and an accessible pathway linking the green to the Avenue Road bus stop, making it easier for everyone to get around.

The aim was to make the space a little easier to use while keeping what people already love about it.

The trees, the open space and its natural feel.

It’s looking lovely, especially with all the purple flowers in bloom! 💜

Wymondham is a historic town, but what’s actually here for young people?

Well, quite a lot!

There’s Wymondham College and Wymondham High, stART Studio for young creatives, the leisure centre, pubs, parks dotted around the estates and, as Alana proves rather perfectly in the video, plenty of buses too 😄

They talked about the lettings market, shared their experiences, and discussed where the industry is heading.

For our landlords and tenants, this means Money Lettings stays involved in the important conversations that shape our industry.

From changing expectations, laws and new ideas to the everyday issues that come up in property management and lettings, we’re right there in the conversation.
