I always obtain plenty of information when providing a quote to ensure you are not in for any surprises when you are too far ahead!

Happy New Year to you all!

I decided to take the full time over Christmas to spend with family, something which I haven’t done before.

I also took the opportunity to reflect on the last year, being my first year as a consultant.

It’s always a risk to jump ship and go it alone, it’s been such an eye opener, but I couldn’t have done it without my family and friends supporting me through every step of the way.

I’m excited to continue to grow my business this year, building relations and continuing to provide the service every client deserves 🏡

I’m sure most of us haven’t even thought of that time of year…. Yes I’m talking about Christmas already!

My daughter kindly reminded me yesterday that there were 99 days until the big day 😬

Given average transaction timescales currently, those in the process of buying/selling and those thinking about it, now would be a good time to bear this in mind.

A lot of firms will have a cut off the week before for completions, so get thinking and discussing timescales

I’ve had a lovely couple of weeks off work, spending time with the family and busy doing the garden (which seems to be never ending 😅), but I am back.

My lovely mum and daughter helped me yesterday posting leaflets around the village.

It was lovely to speak to people and also see more of this lovely area.
