We're pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Jones to Group Director - Head of Claims Operations. 👏🏻

Congratulations to Phil Davidson on hitting his 10 year anniversary with us! 🥳

Phil celebrated this milestone in a role far removed from the one that he started in at Winns back in 2016!

Joining as a Claims Handler, he has taken advantage of the tangible career progression opportunities at the organisation, progressing to a Team Senior prior to turning educator, providing invaluable insight and guidance for our new starters as an Auditor and Trainer in the department. 👏🏻

He said: “After starting, I quickly realised that Winns wasn't just professional, it was also a genuinely friendly place to work. I've built some great friendships here and haven't looked back since.

There's a really supportive working environment, as well as opportunities to learn and develop new skills, and the positive relationships I've built with my colleagues are great.
